By accessing or using the AI 4 HVAC website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
AI 4 HVAC provides AI-powered automation services specifically designed for HVAC and air conditioning businesses, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.
$1.00 Trial: New subscribers may access the full AI 4 HVAC system for a 14-day trial period for a one-time charge of $1.00. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to the then-current monthly rate ($497/month at time of publication) unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Monthly Subscription: Following the trial period, you will be billed $497/month (promotional rate, subject to change). The standard rate is $997/month. A one-time setup fee of $297 (promotional) or $397 (standard) applies at the time of sign-up.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your conversion date. All fees are charged in advance.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
No Long-Term Contracts: Your subscription is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time; however, no refunds are issued for partial months already billed.
We offer a 30-Day ROI Guarantee: if the AI 4 HVAC system does not generate measurable results (leads captured, appointments booked, or revenue attributed to the system) exceeding the cost of the service within 30 days of your go-live date, you may request a full refund of your monthly subscription fee.
To qualify for this guarantee, you must: (a) have completed the full onboarding process, (b) have the system fully integrated and active on your website or phone system, and (c) submit a written refund request to our support team within 35 days of your go-live date with documentation of your results.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@ai4hvac.net or through our Contact Us page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Services until that date.
For trial cancellations, you must cancel before the 14th day to avoid being charged the monthly subscription fee. Cancellations submitted on day 14 or later will result in the first full month’s charge.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use AI 4 HVAC to:
All content, technology, software, data models, and materials comprising the AI 4 HVAC Services — including our proprietary HVAC-trained AI models, algorithms, and the 5,000+ data point training set — are the exclusive property of AI 4 HVAC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own HVAC business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or technology.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you provide to or process through our Services has been collected with appropriate consents and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI 4 HVAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AI 4 HVAC in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI 4 HVAC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
